At Columbia, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided; a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Pack Your Gear

Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box using the provided shipping label on the exterior.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
